Shipping policy:
For all domestic US orders, standard shipping is included in the price of each item with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. Shipping times may be affected by demand during holiday season, weather etc. International shipping is not available at this time.
Manufacturing times:
All items are manufactured to order and will generally be ready to ship within a few business days. Lead times may be affected by demand during holiday season, weather, etc.
Order Tracking:
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your item is ready to ship, you will receive a second email with USPS tracking.
Payment Options:
We currently accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal at checkout.
Return Policy:
All Sales are Final. Orders are manufactured to order, so they may not be returned or exchanged for different sizes or colors. If you have a trip planned with us, we have samples on the boat that you may examine for sizing. If you are shopping from home, please compare shirts you have at home with the provided dimensions in the item description.
In the rare case that your product is damaged or defective, you may file a claim to have your item replaced. You will need to determine if there was an error in manufacturing your product or if it was damaged in transit during shipping. You will need to take photographs of the problem and submit with your claim to info@online-merch.com.
